As a parent of two young boys obsessed with Minecraft, Hawke's Bay photographer Eva Bradley spends a fair bit of time wondering how to get her kids OFF their devices.

But what if you worked with the tech instead of against it, and turned a kid's love affair for their device into a natural portal for creativity?

In this workshop, Eva takes kids back to the basics of how to take a good photo on any camera, but specifically the one they always have with them on their device.

There's no filters, no aps, no stickers and no selfies. Just good, old-fashioned principles of photography - tools to create a good photo that will stay with them for life.

Must bring a smart phone or tablet capable of taking photos.
