Thinking about getting into photography?
A beginner’s guide, we will cover proven tips and ideas and budget for anyone thinking about getting into photography, or wanting to move up. We will discuss low cost entry and practical ways to move up as your budget interest and skill develops.
This presentation will cover a range of topics based around landscape, wildlife and travel photography, skill level and techniques including gear to use to get the best outcomes. ( Cameras versus mobile device)
Both highly competent photographers, Brian and Hans will share their wealth of knowledge providing tips and advice for beginners starting out through to serious hobbyists.

I have been privileged by a professional career which has involved extensive worldwide travel and provided opportunities to photograph people and places and wildlife throughout the globe. It was a business trip to Africa in particular, which cemented wildlife photography as an enduring interest. With a longstanding interest in photography, travel, and a deep appreciation for wildlife and nature in particular, my approach to capturing the natural world is shaped by attention detail, patience, and respect for the environments I photograph.
Through my photography, I aim to document the natural environment and authentic moments that highlight the emotion, character, movement, and beauty of animals in their natural surroundings thereby inspiring those activities which preserve nature.
