Join Chris and Rachael for a fun 1/2 day workshop Sunday 24th September running for 10am-2pm. 

Learn all about printing and framing your fine art images, take away a printed mounted print of your own.
A light snack (tea/coffee biscuits or similar) will be provided but bring either BYO lunch or buy lunch from the cafe next door.

Understanding the print process gives you complete control of the finished image, from the immense range of media options to the thrill of watching your image come to life as a ‘real’ artwork.

If you would like to learn how to turn your digital images into professional quality fine art prints, without frustration and stress, then this workshop is for you.

We will go over the print process in easy to follow steps to help you gain the skills and confidence needed to produce your own fine art prints at home.  We will also discuss how to best work with external print houses and framers.

A bit about your tutors:

 Rachael and Chris are both NZIPP Accredited Professional Photographers and Ilford Certified Printers.  Their collective printing experience spans over 30 years.Rachael has a Master of Fine Arts degree in contemporary art, and is an Ilford Master.  

Chris is an established nature photographer, he is also the owner operator at Edges Art and Framing in Havelock North. 

They both enjoy sharing their knowledge, skill and experience of photography and printing with others.Rachael and Chris’s combined knowledge of all things photographic and printing makes this a powerful platform for learning.
