1. One word that describes you best and why?
One Bloomin word? Enthusiastic.

2.Tell me where it all started, your background, what or who inspired you to want to pick up a camera and get behind it.
Have always had cameras around. I think I scored my first film Camera during school. A friend had an old Nikon in his bag with an avocado squished through it.. He said If I clean it, I can have it.. Still have the photos in an album somewhere.

3. Whats your vibe? describe your style?
Presently its 360, last year it was still life, the year before was panoramic landscape drone shots. Always trying new things..

4.Tell us about a photographer whose work inspires you, what do you like about their work?
Ive spent some time with Fiona Pardington and I love her style of Still Life, Plus my Waiheke buddy Peter Rees. Now he can colour grade a photo!

5.Mentors or someone who has helped you greatly, encouraged you in your photography passion along the way.
When younger, I was a camera assistant in Film and TV for many years. I always consider this my grounding or a starting block. The Camera ops were such a great resource if you can listen and learn from them. I'd say Simon Akkerman ACS and Ian Marden helped me start this fantastic career!

6. Favourite all time place to relax(and get the best photographs) that is your 'happy place'
Probably in my own backyard.. always something to shoot.

7. What's in your kit and what’s your must have with you always accessory or extra bit of kit, favourite lens.
I've just moved to Olde School Full Frame, with a Canon 5d Mkii, with a fantastic 28/80 Sigma Macro seems to be my go to.

8.Tell us about a recent image you shot that you are really proud of and why?
I'm loving a specific self portrait I did in Clive Square with my 360 camera.. The colours pop and the design is out of this world!
