Powered by Harvey Norman NZ, Hawke's Bay Photo Day invites everyone in Hawke's Bay, no matter your experience, to capture 24 hours of life in our beautiful region. It's a chance to share your view of where we live, work, and play, and to celebrate the unique cultures and identities that make up our communities.
This event is about seeing the charm in ordinary moments and the things that make Hawke's Bay special to you.
Grab your camera or phone, and take a photo that showcase what you find interesting or meaningful in your day-to-day life. Whether you capture bustling streets, serene landscapes, or lively community events, your photos help create a visual history of our area. Anyone, whether groups, families, or individuals of all ages, can participate.

Your photo could win a prize!
Thanks to Harvey Norman we have a Canon EOSR50 with 18-45mm lens and case (worth $1398) to give away to the image our judges deem their favourite. Your images could also be used to promote our region but always with your name being included.
We are also inviting short video / film clips( 60-90 seconds) to be entered, with a Feiyu SCORP 2 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer as first prize.
