FOTOFEST Hawke's Bay is back for 2025 and celebrating our fourth year with more than 60 exhibitions from local, national and international photographers.
Exhibitions this year also take in both Havelock North village and Napier City alongside Hastings CBD.
From exhibitions, workshops and competitions with something for everyone to enjoy and get involved in ( with or without a camera!)

LAUNCH INTO FOTOFEST WITH
A NAPIER PHOTO WALK THIS SATURDAY! ALL WELCOME
Join Oliver Mandilag (@oli.vm), a street photographer based in Tauranga,( and FOTOFEST exhibitor) for a free Napier Photo Walk on the 20th of September, from 10am to 12pm.
"We’ll meet at Creative Arts Napier (16 Byron Street) before heading out together to capture the character of the city. The walk is open to all skill levels and encourages participants to explore Napier through their own lens, while along the way Oliver will share some of the tips and tricks he’s learned over the years of street photography"
Bio: Inspired by thought-provoking images,
Ollie has spent the last decade refining his artistic passion behind the lens. As an architectural designer by trade, he ensouls a distinct perspective on the essence of streetscape that is motivated by the works of Josef Koudelka, W. Eugene Smith, and Garry Winogrand."
